How it all started
In 2023 Gallup published a report on the global workforce
that was rather shocking.
It showed that almost 60% of employees worldwide are
disengaged in their work, ready to jump ship... ⛴️
After having worked with scaling organisations as a People Executive for
several years Kriss realised most of the struggles businesses experience in
relation to their performance is related to people.
Business leaders simply fail to recognise that when their organisation
changes, such as in the time of growth, organisational development and people need to be their top priority. If not, business performance will suffer.
This isn’t about people pleasing one-off actions such as retreats
and salary increases but about understanding what makes
people perform at work and develop the organisation in
a way that allows for that to happen.
Going back to Gallup’s report, we know that engaged employees are
almost 20% more productive than disengaged ones, but somehow
companies currently have record high employee turnover and
health costs at the same time as they're investing
more than ever in their people 🤷🏼
The conclusion here is that business leaders don’t know how to
develop their organisations in a way that sustainably benefits
both their people and their business.
Let's change that.
